Once you have completed the form press the submit button and your order will be processed within forty-eight hours of receipt of payment. Processing time with the Nevada Secretary of State varies but generally takes between three to six weeks. If you would like, Incorporate USA can have your order expedited for an additional charge of $100. Incorporate USA will process your order within twenty-four hours of receipt of payment and submit it to the Secretary of State under a special expedited basis. Your corporation will then be formed within twenty-four hours of submission to the Secretary of State.

Choose the name of your corporations' resident agent within the State of Nevada. Under Nevada law every corporation is required to designate a resident agent who resides or is located in Nevada. If you would like, ABE will be your resident agent for the first year at no charge. Thereafter, ABE will continue to be your corporate resident agent for the rate then in effect in Incorporate USA schedule of fees. This rate is currently $200 per year.
